Lower GWynedd Kitchen Remodel
Tastes change, and when the kitchen no longer suited the owners of this house in Lower Gwynedd, a surface makeover wasn’t enough. This renovation required complete demolition to make way for an island induction stove, range hood, and two wall ovens. Reclaiming the vacant space above the cabinets was an added bonus.
Wyndmoor Exterior Stucco replacement
This three-story contemporary home in Wyndmoor received a much-needed facelift to match its modern style. The decades-old painted stucco exterior was scraped and power-washed before it could be rewired and a new coat of pigmented stucco could be applied. A reconstructed soffit creating a heightened roofline completed the transformation.
Glenside Bathroom Renovation
An opportunity for renovation arose when a leak in the upstairs bathroom of this Glenside home necessitated repair. The original plaster, tile, and cast-iron tub were all torn out to make way for a modern makeover.
